Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, please contact getsnatched@illustriousbodybeautique.com. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less 24 hours your scheduled service will be forfeited. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE once first session is redeemed. LATE POLICY If you inform us that you will be more than 15 minutes late an additional $25 must be paid in order to start your service. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY If you are a no call no show, your appointment will be cancelled and redeemed as a session. If you are a no call, no show 2 times all future sessions will be cancelled or denied and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO MACHINE TREATMENTS WILL BE DONE DURING YOUR CYCLE, PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS ACCORDINGLY!
